Memorial Day is always our first boating day of the season. It is a day to take the boat out and make sure all the bugs are worked out after storing it all winter long. Our boat (new to us last summer) worked perfectly (if you are a boat owner, you will understand that miracle)! So happy! We are all ready for the summer boating season now, and with trips to Lakes Nacimiento and Powell in the works, that's a very good thing. *Note to self: always wear a hat while boating. that hair is awful!

We bought a new tube, which was in the box. Don't ask me why Chad didn't take it out before we left...
I love boating! That was always my family's summer vacation growing up! You guys have a lot of fun memories ahead this summer. YAY! Hope the boat continues to do well.
